MAYA JONES is an American singer-songwriter. Born in Minneapolis MN and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh PA. Maya began gaining recognition by sharing original songs and covers on streaming platforms, which is when she released her first single “Warrior”.  Since then, Maya has released an EP “Pulling Me In” and many more singles.  Maya’s single “Sad Songs” quickly climbed up the charts hitting 1M on Spotify.

Maya’s musical style has been described as “sad pop”.  

 

Maya is currently studying songwriting at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) located in Murfreesboro TN, where she is a member of multiple songwriters associations.  Maya has also performed at multiple Songwriter Showcases. 

 

Maya has had the opportunity to work with some incredible people such as David Huff, Ilya Toshinskiy, Miles McPherson, Lee Hendricks, Justin Ostrander, and David Dorn. Maya has played at VidCon (Musical.ly Stage), GoodTimes Tour, CMA Fest (Martin Stage & Fan Appreciation Show), Opry Mills Mall, ALDC Summer Concert Series (Dance Moms), and Holiday Mingle & Jingle with Disney Channel’s Spencer Boldman.
